Simply slapping some tinted moisturiser on followed by a few coats of mascara can really perk you up when you’re feeling ‘bleurgh’. And if you have an important meeting, or just need some stronger armour, a full face with manicured nails can create a great shield of confidence.
So, imagine if you couldn’t do any of that. Imagine having to decide between spending your last few pounds on your concealer or a bag of pasta.
