These represent our beauty dreams that will hopefully all come true in 2016 (and the image represents the scariest element of The Muppet’s Christmas Carol that I’d prefer not to focus on right now as I’m home alone…)
Emmy – I’m nearly out of my The Body Shop Cammomile Cleansing Oil and although it does its job perfectly well, I want to try something new. The Tata Harper Regenerating Cleanser sounds perfect and has amazing reviews. It is an exfoliating cleanser that you can use every day and although it is pricey at £60, I think it will have to be my Christmas present to myself!
Sara – Right at the top of my wishlist is Jo Malone 154 perfume, £42 for 30ml. It is a masculine scent that was really long lasting when I tested it. Described as a mix of mandarin, grapefruit, lavender, basil, nutmeg and vetiver it has all the signature Jo Malone notes.
Carrie – I had a make over at the Charlotte Tilbury counter and they used Charlotte’s Magic Cream and Magic Foundation and I just loved it. The cream contains anti-age ingredients, a hyaluronic acid booster plus floral extracts that lift and transform tired skin instantly. The foundation is medium to heavy coverage with a lightweight finish. They felt and looked luxurious with a gorgeous dewy finish. But at, £70 and £29.50 respectively, I will have to be a very good girl to get these!
Laura – The limited edition Urban Decay Gwen Stefani palette at £40 is top of my list because it’s so pretty! I love Gwen, I love the UD palettes so it’s a match made in heaven for me. The pale natural shades look really wearable day to day but then there are lots of glittery, heavily pigmented ones perfect for a glammed up night out.
Lucy – I feel that 2016 really needs to be the year that I own Cafe Rose, Tom Ford perfume. It just smells amazing and I’ve wanted it for so long, but it is £130 for 50ml, so I might have to wait just a bit longer!
Rachel – I’ve got my eye on the Sunday Riley Good Genes Treatment after I’ve had really good results from the Start Over eye cream and if half the review on Good Genes are true, it will make me look 28 again and I think £85 is worth that!
Fiona – I’m currently struggling along with one Real Techniques setting brush and using others from palettes or my Mac minis, but I long for the Core Collection and the Starter Set of Real Techniques make up brushes. The Core covers all face brushes and the Starter has all your essential eye brushes. It’s £27 for both and they are on high priority on my Amazon wish list so fingers crossed!
